Saturdays from September to December book earliest and may carry a seasonal rate. If your date falls in that window, ask early — availability moves quickly.

A 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is due on or before the day of the shoot. Cancellations: the deposit is non-refundable, but it stays credited to a new date for twelve months. Rescheduling for weather is always free — in Mauritius the sky decides, not the calendar.

Hours of coverage on the day. The number of locations and how far apart they sit. Guest count, which changes the pace and the group work. Whether you want video alongside the photography. Travel distance beyond the main tourist belt.
What wedding photography typically costs in Mauritius
Across the island, wedding photography generally runs from roughly €350 for a short elopement or ceremony-only session to €2,500 and above for full-day coverage with a second shooter and video. Resort in-house packages usually sit at the upper end because coordination and licensing are built in, while newer independent photographers sit at the lower end. These packages are positioned in the middle of that range: full-day international coverage, edited by hand, with clear delivery times and no hidden line items.
