Chamarel
Chamarel sits inland in the south-west, home to the seven-coloured earths and a waterfall with a two-hundred-metre drop. It is the counterpoint to the beach sessions: green, elevated and cooler.
Best time to shoot here
Overcast days work extremely well here, which makes Chamarel the reliable fallback when the coast is grey. Morning light avoids the tour buses.
Getting there and access
The geopark charges an entrance fee and keeps set opening hours; commercial photography may require prior arrangement, which we handle. The road up is winding — allow travel time.
